Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Aura Lifestyle provides a limited warranty on its textile products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

2. What is Covered

• Fabric defects (unraveling, significant pilling)
• Color bleeding (outside of normal wash expectations)
• Stitching or seam failure
• Zippers or fasteners malfunctions

3. What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage resulting from improper washing or drying
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Accidental damage (tears, burns, spills)
• Modifications or repairs performed by third parties

4. How to Claim Warranty

To make a warranty claim, please email our quality department at warranty@auralifestyle.com with your Order ID, a description of the defect, and high-quality photographs showing the issue. We will review your claim within 3-5 business days.
